We get good feedback from people quite alot. It helps to keep us motivated to continue improving the site.

Here’s what “Lady A” from Texas had to say:

“It’s nice to find a weather site that isn’t cluttered with too much info…thanks and keep up the good work!”

Dana from Cleveland:

“Great site! I’ve used weather.com, but it takes forever and a day to load. I love this page and this is my new weather place (saw it on Web Worker Daily).
I was wondering if you could add Cleveland, Ohio to your list of Twitter cities. That would be great.
Keep up the great work!”

Merrill from Austin:

“Very impressed that you now show the time the data was last updated. This is truly a 1st class operation. From this old, retired meteorologist — keep up the excellent work. It is GREAT!!!”

That’s all for now.  We’re gearing up to launch a new part of SimpleWeather this weekend!

What is twitter?

Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co–workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing?

A few people suggested we push weather updates to twitter. Although this is already being done, we’re gonna throw our hat in the ring as well.

How’s it work?

At 6am,12 noon, and 8pm we push updates with the current temp and condition along with a mini-forecast and a link to simpleweather. The icon condition updates as well. Here’s a sample of what it looks like:

Simpleweather on Twitter!

What locations are available?

We will continue to add more locations, if you want to use this and your location is not up yet contact us and we’ll get it done!
