2008 just started and normally we’d expect bone-chilling temperatures and snow a’plenty. This is not the case however, as NYC is enjoying temperatures in the mid-60s. People are enjoying parks, playing tennis and even wearing shorts in some extreme cases. Hardly January weather at all!
