129 MPH winds hit Pacific-Northwest

The Pacific-Northwest has been hit hard by a storm that produced winds with gusts up to 129 MPH! A state of emergency has been declared in both Oregon and Washington state. Amtrak service is temporarily down throughout Oregon and into Vancouver, CA and over 40,000 residents are without power.
